患者王某,男,46岁,农民,莒县陵阳镇大寺村人。1998年4月5日晚到邻村办理事务,不慎被一家犬咬伤双侧小腿。当晚找乡村医生对伤口进行了局部消毒处理,未做疫苗注射。 4月6日,王某到镇卫生院注射狂犬疫苗(唐山华鑫生物技术有限责任公司生产,批号970801,有效期980812),医院按0、3、7、14、30天的程序进行5针免疫。在右侧臀部肌肉注射第1针,患者无异常感觉。4月9日,于左侧臀部注射第2针后,患者自觉针眼处发痒,数小时消失。4月13日在右侧臀部注射第3针,数小时后,患者臀部以针眼为中心出现散在丘疹,痒感明显,到卫生院就诊,医生给予皮炎平软膏涂抹。2天后,皮疹消失。4月20日在其左侧臀部注射第4针,局部有痒感,无其它症状。5月6日下午在
