临床资料 70例老年高血压患者均为我院的疗养员。年龄:60～70岁59例,71～80岁11例。男:57例,女13例。用药方法开始一般用硝苯啶10mg,日3次,疗效不满意者逐渐增加至20mg,日3次,效果显著者减至5mg,日3次维持,一般口服,如用药之初血压过高,急需降压者先舌下含服,血压下降后改口服维持。硝苯啶治疗老年高血压效果
