“领导者的惟一定义就是其后有追随者,领导者与经理人的区别在于,前者不在领导之位时也有追随者,后者不在其位时,就什么也没有了。”——(美)理查德·尼克松。在竞争激烈的今天,领导工作的科学化和高艺术性决定了只有科学的领导才是最有效和最成功的领导。现在,有很多活跃在中国经济舞台上的职业经理人在思考如何才能成为成功的企业领导者。本期我们邀请了三位对领导力建设颇有研究的嘉宾一起来讨论领导力和团队建设的问题。希望这次讨论能为有志成为杰出领导者的职业经理人们提供一些知识、一些参考。

In the highly competitive today, the scientific and high-art leadership work determines that only scientific leadership is the most effective and successful leader. Now, there are many professional managers active in the Chinese economy are pondering how to become successful business leaders. In this issue, we invited three distinguished guests for leadership building to discuss leadership and team building issues. I hope this discussion can provide some knowledge and some reference for professional managers who aspire to be outstanding leaders.
