各种安眠药中毒的化验虽有一些化学方法,但由于手续繁杂或缺乏特异性以及食品中固有成分的干扰,反应专属性不强。为了能迅速简便地进行鉴别,我们采用无粘合剂薄层层析进行分离鉴别获得较好效果。一、器材(1)层析板:6×15cm 的玻璃板;(2)层析槽:玻璃缸或搪磁盘,并能密闭;(3)吸附剂:层析用氧化铝,250℃活化4小时,过160目筛,干法制板;(4)薄层涂布器:两端套有塑料管的玻璃棒;(5)微量注射器:用0.1ml 吸管,将管尖拉细;(6)紫外线分析灯;(7)干燥箱。二、试剂1、展开剂:(1)氯仿:乙醇=36:1;(2)氯仿:丙酮=9:1。
Although there are some chemical methods for the testing of various sleeping pills poisoning, due to complicated procedures or lack of specificity and the interference of inherent ingredients in foods, the reaction specificity is not strong. In order to be able to identify quickly and easily, we used a non-binding thin-layer chromatography for separation and identification to obtain better results. 1. Equipment (1) Chromatogram plate: 6 x 15cm glass plate; (2) Chromatographic cell: glass jar or helium disk and sealed; (3) Adsorbent: alumina for chromatography, activated at 250°C 4 Hours, through a 160-mesh screen, dry-process panel; (4) Thin-layer coater: glass rods with plastic tubes at both ends; (5) Microsyringe: Use a 0.1ml pipette to make the tip narrow; (6) UV analysis lamp; (7) Drying box. Second, reagent 1, developing agent: (1) chloroform: ethanol = 36:1; (2) chloroform: acetone = 9:1.
