植物源活性蛋白是中药中一类重要的活性物质,具有多种药理作用。该文通过查阅国内外文献,对植物源活性蛋白的药理作用包括抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗病原微生物、抗血栓、降血糖和降血脂等方面进行分类汇总。同时,对植物源蛋白的分析方法包括色谱法、光谱法、电泳法及质谱法等研究进行概述。该文可为植物源活性蛋白的进一步研究、开发及应用提供参考。
Plant-derived active protein is an important class of active substances in traditional Chinese medicine, with a variety of pharmacological effects. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the pharmacological effects of plant-derived active proteins including anti-tumor, immune regulation, anti-oxidation, anti-pathogenic microorganisms, anti-thrombosis, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic subtotals. Meanwhile, the methods of analyzing plant-derived proteins including chromatography, spectroscopy, electrophoresis and mass spectrometry are reviewed. This article may provide a reference for the further research, development and application of plant-derived active protein.
