奋战一百天力争实现“无盲县”黑龙江省扫盲先进县之一的宾县,于12月5日到6日,召开了扫盲会战工作会议。会上提出了:备战一百天,力争实现“无盲县”的奋斗目标。会上传达了国家、省教委领导关于扫盲工作的重要讲话,听取了典型经验介绍,并参观了典型教学现场。副县长在会上做了动员报告,报告中布置了1991年扫盲工作任务,提出了会战一百天,实现“无盲县”的具体意见。县委书记也在会议上强调指出:各乡镇党委要加强对扫盲会战的领导,备战百天,完成“无盲县”任务。惠安县获全国“巾帼扫盲奖”惠安县政府是福建省唯一获全国妇联和国家教委联合设立“巾帼扫盲奖”的先进集体。
