细胞外基质(ECM)的构成与表达在组织器官的生理和代谢方面有着重要作用。各种类型的ECM与细胞的功能如细胞游走、增生和分化等有关。已有学者证实,人类颞下颌关节(TMJ)年龄相关性退变与其间充质细胞和软骨细胞的减少有密切关系,但未进一步证实它们与ECM的关系。为此作者随机选择34例无任何肌肉与骨骼病的右侧TMJ标本(年龄16~92岁,男22例,女12例),应用免疫组织化学技术,对TMJ髁突中所含ECM的变化进行研究。
The formation and expression of extracellular matrix (ECM) plays an important role in the physiology and metabolism of tissues and organs. Various types of ECMs are associated with cellular functions such as cell migration, proliferation and differentiation. Some scholars have confirmed that the age-related degeneration of human TMJ is closely related to the reduction of mesenchymal cells and chondrocytes, but their relationship with ECM is not further confirmed. To this end, we randomly selected 34 TMJ specimens (aged 16-92 years, 22 males and 12 females) without any muscular and skeletal diseases. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect changes of ECM in condyles of TMJ research.
