教学考核不仅仅总结和检验了教师的教学成果,也安排了教学的全部内容,除此之外,还对学生的综合素质是否得到提高、相关技能是否完全掌握进行了考察。在职业教育人才培训过程中,应该结合学生的实际情况,因材施教,并根据这一教学实际制定相应的教学考核模式,只有这样,才可以使职业教育人才的培养水平得到大幅度提高,对教学改革也有一定的推进作用。本文根据职业教育教学的实际情况,对弹性考核模式在职业教育中的作用进行了介绍,希望弹性考核模式可以更好地应用于职业教育中,并发挥一定效果。
