通过考察了不同反应溶液体系、反应时间、反应温度,反应溶液浓度、不同溶剂对聚乙烯醇膜膜在腰果酚缩聚合物体系中溶胀行为的影响。结果表明,腰果酚缩甲醛聚合物溶液体系比腰果酚/体系溶胀率会高些,温度的增加,膜溶胀率下降;反应时间的增加,膜溶胀率也相应地递增;反应液浓度的增加,膜溶胀率也相应地递增,而后下降的趋势;不同溶剂对膜的溶胀行为的影响较为明显。
The effect of different solvents on the swelling behavior of polyvinyl alcohol film in cardanol polycondensation system was investigated by different reaction system, reaction time, reaction temperature, reaction solution concentration and different solvents. The results showed that the swelling rate of cardanol-formaldehyde polymer solution system was higher than that of cardanol / system solution, and the swelling rate decreased with the increase of temperature. With the increase of reaction time, the swelling rate of membrane increased accordingly. When the concentration of the reaction solution was increased, The membrane swelling rate also increased accordingly, and then decreased. The effect of different solvents on the swelling behavior of the membrane was obvious.
