高效精品课堂是改善教学工作的必然选择,它不仅能优化我们学生的同时也能解放我们教师自己,意义重大。下面我想从两个方面谈一谈自己对高效精品课堂的认识与体会,与广大同仁商榷与共勉。一、对高效精品课堂模式的认识记得学校刚提倡高效精品课堂的时候,教师们议论纷纷:如果教师只讲十分钟,我们这样的学生那不全完蛋了,就这么不停地讲学生都什么也不知道呢!我认为教师们之所以这么说有理解上的不全面和尝试方面不到位的原因。

Now I want to talk about two aspects of their high-quality boutique class understanding and experience, and my colleagues discuss and encourage each other. First, the recognition of high efficient boutique classroom model I remember when the school has just advocated efficient boutique classroom, teachers talked about: If the teacher talked about only ten minutes, our students are not finished, so keep talking about what the students are I do not know why I think the reason why teachers say that they are not fully understood and try not to place.
