食品市场发展新趋势 据有关资料分析,今后几年(到2000年)我国食品市场将呈现六变化、四趋势。 六变化。一是主食趋向简单化。方便省时的饼干、面包、烤馅饼等走俏。二是熟食品趋旺。随着生活节奏的加快和小家庭、老龄人、双职工的增多,居民早晚餐大都直接购买熟食品。三是保健食品盛行。低热量的保健食品需求高于菜油、猪油等制作的高热量食品。四是低盐、低糖食品有较大的发展。五是口感追求轻松、柔软、天然风味。六是口味从油腻走向清淡。
New Trends in the Development of the Food Market According to relevant data analysis, in the next few years (up to 2000), China’s food market will show six changes and four trends. Six changes.
