自1970年以来,Swan-Ganz 导管已常用于血液动力学测定,罕见的併症有心房和心室心律不齐、右束支传导阻滞、完全性心脏阻滞、锁骨下动脉栓塞、三尖瓣破裂、心内导管扭结、气囊破裂和肺栓塞。作者报道了3例肺动脉破裂的併发症,连同文献上报道共达15例,8例死亡(53%)。作者的3例主要症状分别为支气管痉挛或气管内出血。1例经再次剖胸修补孔洞而抢救成功,另2例仅稍退出导管而出血
Swan-Ganz catheters have been commonly used in haemodynamic assays since 1970. Rare comorbidities include atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, right bundle branch block, complete heart block, subclavian embolism, tricuspid valve Rupture, intracardiac catheter kink, balloon rupture, and pulmonary embolism. The authors reported three cases of pulmonary artery rupture complications, with a total of 15 reported in the literature, and 8 deaths (53%). The authors of the 3 main symptoms were bronchospasm or endotracheal hemorrhage. One case was successfully reconstructed through the hole to repair the thoracotomy, the other two cases only slightly out of the catheter and bleeding
