人的质量意识不强,是影响产品质量的重要原因,如何提高质量意识,我厂在抓钢锭模表面质量工作中,探索了一套“531质量评估法”(简称“531法”)。此法实施后,操作者的质量意识得到了提高,收到了很好的效果。 钢锭模班为集体操作的班组,人多、工序多,因此首先应解决的是责任落实到人的问题。我们的方法是:抓住关键工序,要求关键工序的操作者在工件上打上自己的代号,实行操作者对其质量一揽子负责制。责任落实了,便可实施“531法”。
