精神分裂症是一种常见的重性精神疾病,常有感知觉、思维、情感、行为等多方面障碍,主要表现为精神活动的不协调,认知功能损害是其核心症状之一。近年来,非侵入式磁共振影像技术被广泛应用于精神分裂症的研究,它可以定量化分析大脑的结构形态和功能活动,有助于阐明精神分裂症的神经病理学机制,并为疾病的早期诊断提供可靠的客观依据。本文综述了近年来结构磁共振成像、弥散张量成像、静息态功能磁共振成像等技术和人脑连接组分析方法在精神分裂症中的应用。
Schizophrenia is a common serious mental disorder. It often has many obstacles such as sensory perception, thinking, emotion and behavior. It is mainly manifested in the uncoordinated mental activity and the impairment of cognitive function as one of the core symptoms. In recent years, noninvasive magnetic resonance imaging has been widely used in the study of schizophrenia. It can quantitatively analyze the structural and functional activities of the brain and help elucidate the neuropathological mechanism of schizophrenia, Diagnosis provides a reliable and objective basis. This review summarizes the applications of structural magnetic resonance imaging, diffusion tensor imaging and resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging in recent years to the analysis of human brain connectivity in schizophrenia.
