“情卦”不是一种卜凶问吉的迷信,而是以爱情内容为主的一种猜心思的游戏,藏语叫“日梦祷”。这种游戏是青年人在茶余饭后用歌唱的形式进行的,所以,从性质上来看,“情卦”是一种游戏歌曲。唱这种歌曲时,参加游戏的人都坐在一起,每人交出一件能代表自己的小物件,统交一人掌管。掌管者将所有的小物件放在手里,用双手轻轻摇动几下,然后暗暗取出其中一件,捏在一只手里,将手放在众人面前。于是,参加游戏的人,各人按照自己的猜测、判断,针对物主展开风趣、动人的歌唱,以揭示物主的情思。歌声结束,由掌管小物件的人把手放开,看看这小物件是谁的,刚才唱的内容,就算是他(她)的命运,大家便以此来取笑他(她)。就这样,一直轮流下
