建筑行业在社会经济的不断发展和科学技术的不断进步过程中,发展的速度越来越快,建筑施工技术水平也得到了不断的提高。目前在我国的建筑施工过程中,大部分的建筑施工单位最常用的就是钻孔灌注桩技术。建筑施工的钻孔灌注桩技术类型具有隐蔽性质,在实际的应用过程中,容易受到外界因素的影响,尤其是外界环境因素。例如,在实际的应用过程中,钻孔灌注桩技术经常会受到水文地质和地质条件等外界环境的影响。而且钻孔灌注桩的施工过程比较复杂,在施工过程中,容易出现质量问题。
