随着我国高速公路建设的飞速发展,电子设备大量应用,但是各种污染对电子设备的破坏也是严重的。如何减少环境对电子设备的影响,延长其使用寿命是机电设备养护工作应该重视的问题。文章总结了在高速公路机电系统核心电子设备专项清洗工作中的实践经验,对电子设备清洗工作的需求分析、设备的选型、工艺流程、需要注意的事项进行了探讨。实践证明,该工作能有效降低设备故障率,是一种有效实现“变被动维护为主动维护”思想的工作方法。
With the rapid development of highway construction in our country, a large number of applications of electronic equipment, but a variety of pollution damage to electronic equipment is also serious. How to reduce the impact of the environment on electronic equipment and prolong its service life is a problem that should be paid attention to in the maintenance of electromechanical equipment. This article summarizes the practical experience in the special cleaning of the core electronic equipment of the electromechanical system of the expressway, and analyzes the requirements of cleaning the electronic equipment, the selection of the equipment, the technological process and the matters requiring attention. Practice has proved that this work can effectively reduce the failure rate of equipment is an effective way to achieve “change from passive maintenance to active maintenance” thinking.
