分析日本、德国、西班牙等发达国家的电气化铁路运行管理模式,探讨适合我国铁路实际的客运专线牵引供电运行管理模式,对接触网运行维护机构及人员配置、提高牵引供电设备设计生产施工和运营管理水平、提高检修抢修水平、完善客运专线建设相关设施,以及运行管理专家队伍配备等提出建议,对客运专线建设和既有电气化铁路生产力布局调整有一定的参考价值和现实意义。
This paper analyzes the electrified railway operation management mode in developed countries such as Japan, Germany and Spain, and discusses the traction power supply operation management mode of passenger dedicated railway that is suitable for the actual railway in China. It also arranges the operation and maintenance organization and staff of the contact network, improves the construction, operation and management of traction power supply equipment design and production Improvement of maintenance and repair level, improvement of facilities related to the construction of passenger dedicated lines, provision of operation and management team of experts, and so on. It is of certain reference value and practical significance for the construction of passenger dedicated lines and the adjustment of productivity of existing electrified railway.
