企业的生存和发展都离不开市场营销和财务部门的工作。但有些情况下,这两者可能会产生冲突,导致企业部门不能朝着一个方向共同努力,影响企业业绩,导致企业市场份额进一步缩小,甚至破产。因此,解决市场营销和财务部门的关系成为企业的头等大事。基于此,本文分析了市场营销和财务部门的关系,对两者之间的矛盾表现和产生矛盾的原因进行了具体分析,最后提出了解决矛盾的有效措施。
The survival and development of enterprises are inseparable from the marketing and financial departments. However, in some cases, the two may conflict. As a result, the enterprise department can not work together in one direction and affect the performance of the enterprise. As a result, the market share of the enterprise is further reduced and even bankrupt. Therefore, to solve the relationship between marketing and finance department has become the top priority for the enterprise. Based on this, this paper analyzes the relationship between marketing and finance department, analyzes the contradiction between the two and the causes of the contradiction, and finally puts forward the effective measures to solve the contradiction.
