本文研究了企业在运作中从订单到交付整个过程的系统控制问题,着重阐述了各过程系统控制改进的工作质量、产品质量及整体效率,从质量管理体系的角度探讨了合同控制、设计控制、制作控制、安装控制、工艺控制、检验控制和管理控制等过程控制涉及的内容与规范控制的方法。
This paper studies the system control of enterprises from order to delivery in the whole process of operation, emphasizes on the improvement of work quality, product quality and overall efficiency of each process system control, discusses the aspects of contract control, design control, Production control, installation control, process control, inspection control and management control and other process control involved in the content and norms of control methods.
