2008年4月18日,大连液化天然气(LNG)项目开工仪式在辽宁省大连市接收站施工现场隆重举行,标志着中石油 LNG 项目建设正式启动。大连 LNG 项目由码头、接收站和输气管道3部分组成,输气管道由大连至沈阳主干线和大连支线、抚顺支线组成,主干线全长389 km,总造价逾100×10~8元。一期工程建设规模为300×10~4t/a,供气能力为42×10~8m~3/a,计划于2011年初建成投产。二期工程建设规模为600×10~4t/a,供气能力为84×10~8m~3/a。接收站的最大接收能力可以达到780×10~4t/a,最大供气能力可达到105×10~8m~3/a。
On April 18, 2008, the commencement ceremony of Dalian LNG (LNG) project was held at the construction site of the receiving station in Dalian, Liaoning Province, marking the official launch of CNPC LNG project. The Dalian LNG project is composed of 3 parts: wharf, receiving station and gas pipeline. The gas pipeline is composed of Dalian-Shenyang main line, Dalian branch and Fushun branch. The trunk line is 389 km in length and the total cost is over 100 × 10-8 yuan. The first phase construction scale is 300 × 10 ~ 4t / a, the gas supply capacity is 42 × 10 ~ 8m ~ 3 / a, and it is planned to put into operation in early 2011. The construction scale of the second phase project is 600 × 10 ~ 4t / a and the gas supply capacity is 84 × 10 ~ 8m ~ 3 / a. The maximum receiving capacity of the receiving station can reach 780 × 10 ~ 4t / a, the maximum air supply capacity can reach 105 × 10 ~ 8m ~ 3 / a.
