针对传统的数学建模方法在对飞行模拟器运动系统——液压驱动Stewart平台进行动力学建模的过程中存在建模过程相对复杂、仿真无法提供可视化信息等缺点,提出采用ADAMS和Matlab/Simulink联合建模的方法,建立了液压驱动Stewart平台的虚拟样机。通过研究与仿真分析,并与真实的Stewart平台进行实验对比,结果表明,虚拟样机在动力学性能方面与真实的液压驱动Stewart平台相比具有很高的相似性,可代替一般的数学模型,为液压驱动Stewart平台的研究和研制提供理论上的指导和验证,同时也证明了联合建模方法的正确性和有效性。
Aiming at the traditional mathematical modeling method, the modeling process is relatively complicated and the visualization information can not be provided by simulation in the dynamics modeling of the flight simulator kinematics-hydraulic drive Stewart platform. It is proposed that using ADAMS and Matlab / Simulink The method of joint modeling establishes a virtual prototype of a hydraulically driven Stewart platform. Through the research and simulation analysis and experimental comparison with the real Stewart platform, the results show that the virtual prototype has high similarity to the real hydraulic drive Stewart platform in terms of dynamic performance, and can replace the general mathematical model The research and development of the hydraulically driven Stewart platform provide theoretical guidance and verification, and also prove the correctness and effectiveness of the joint modeling method.
