棉花枯、黄萎病点用二二乳剂、粗二二乳剂处理后,自1975年以来经盆栽及室内分离等多次试验证明,在自然条件下土壤中病菌垂直分布随连作年限延长而加深,90厘米土层中尚可见菌,但菌量随土层深度而递减。经以上药剂处理后,1—2年连作棉田各土层中,(?)除效果均为160%。3年以上连作棉田的表土层中表现为二二乳剂效果优于粗二二乳剂,对照药剂25%氯化苦效果较差,然而在30厘米以下土层均未见病株、病菌出现,说明药效可达90厘米深度。枯萎病土每平方米用粗二二乳剂126—360毫升,黄萎病土用860毫升处理后,药效持续时间枯萎病为221—522天、黄萎病为735天。试验结果说明二二乳剂对枯、黄萎病菌均具有杀菌作用。
