目的了解2008~2012年天津市河北区全球基金执行期间新发现艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV)/艾滋病病人(HIV/AIDS)感染情况及首次CD4检测情况,为其及时了解自身机体免疫功能状况,并为开展抗病毒治疗工作提供科学依据。方法使用中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统中当年新报告且现住址为天津市河北区的HIV感染者及AIDS病人的首次个案随访及CD4检测结果等资料进行相关数据统计分析。结果 2008~2012年河北区新发现HIV感染者/AIDS病人114例,男性明显多于女性,男女比为15.29∶1。年龄以20~40岁为主占67.54%(77/114)。流动人口占大多数为63.16%(72/114)。“同性传播”为最主要感染途径,为72.81%(83/114);比例逐年上升且上升速度较快,是不容忽视的群体。新发现的114例HIV/AIDS病中,98.25%(112/114)在当年完了随访,其中79.82%(91/114)进行了CD4检测。CD4<200个/μl者占15.38%(14/91);CD4<350个/μl者占39.56%(36/91)。结论河北区39.56%的新发现HIV/AIDS CD4<350个/μl,达到天津市河北区HIV/AIDS治疗标准,15.38%的新发病例已进入病人阶段;同性传播成为该区HIV传播的主要途径。
Objective To understand the newly discovered cases of HIV / AIDS and the first detection of CD4 during the implementation of the Global Fund in Hebei District, Tianjin from 2008 to 2012 so as to keep abreast of the status of their own immune function To provide a scientific basis for anti-virus treatment work. Methods The data of the first report of the current year and the current case of HIV infection and AIDS patients in Hebei Province were followed up and CD4 test results were used to analyze the data. Results A total of 114 new HIV / AIDS patients were found in Hebei from 2008 to 2012, with significantly more males than females, with a ratio of 15.29: 1. The age of 20 to 40 years old accounted for 67.54% (77/114). The majority of floating population was 63.16% (72/114). “Same sex transmission ” is the most important route of infection, 72.81% (83/114); the proportion increases year by year and the rapid increase is a group that can not be ignored. Of the 114 newly discovered HIV / AIDS cases, 98.25% (112/114) were followed up in the same year, of which 79.82% (91/114) had CD4 test. CD4 <200 / μl accounted for 15.38% (14/91); CD4 <350 / μl accounted for 39.56% (36/91). Conclusions 39.56% of newly discovered HIV / AIDS CD4 counts in Hebei province were less than 350 / μl, reaching the standard of HIV / AIDS treatment in Hebei province. 15.38% of new cases have entered the patient stage. Same-sex transmission has become the main route of HIV transmission in this area .
