本文对溶液样品FT-IR光谱中由于溶剂的强吸收而产生的背景干扰谱带的成因和识别方法进行了研究。溶剂吸收太强、仪器和环境不稳定造成的不稳定信号两个因素都会引起这种背景干扰谱带。背景干扰谱带的位置固定,但其强度是随机的。利用这一特点可以方便地将它们识别出来。
In this paper, the origin and identification of background interference bands in solution FT-IR spectra due to the strong absorption of solvents were studied. Solvent absorption is too strong, instability of instruments and instability caused by the unstable signal of two factors will cause this background interference band. Background interference The position of the band is fixed, but its intensity is random. Use this feature to easily identify them.
