本文对322名在职、82名退休烟草工人以及同一地区的无尘毒接触史的对照工人的肺功能测定结果进行了分析。在职烟草男工的FVC、女工的FEV1的班后与班前的差值明显大于对照工人的差值,有统计学意义,且多项肺功能指标的急性异常改变率也高于对照工人。两组退休工人肺功能的改变则未见有统计学意义上的差别。提示烟草尘可引起接尘工人肺功能的急性损害,而在退休后不再接触时未发现急性损害。
This article analyzes the pulmonary function test results of 322 active workers, 82 retired tobacco workers and control workers exposed to dust-free drugs in the same area. The difference between the FVC of working male tobacco workers and the FEV1 of female workers before and after the shift was significantly higher than that of the control workers, and the rate of acute abnormal change of many pulmonary function indexes was also higher than that of the control workers. There was no statistically significant difference in changes in lung function between the two groups of retired workers. It is suggested that tobacco dust can cause acute lung function impairment of dust-picker workers and no acute injury is found when no contact is made after retirement.
