苏联吸取了德国、日本、意大利和美国等国公司经验,最近设计、制造了2M—346型双卧轴强制式搅拌机。该机采用独特的布置形式。它有两个相连的圆柱体状的搅拌筒,每个搅拌筒内有一根装有搅拌叶片的水平轴,两根轴相向转动。每根轴的转动都由单独的电动机,经三角皮带传动装置和蜗杆蜗轮减述器来实现。两个相同的蜗杆蜗轮减速器分别与搅拌机的两根轴相连,为了保证两根轴同步,彼此采用刚性连接。
The Soviet Union learned from the experience of companies in Germany, Japan, Italy, and the United States. It recently designed and manufactured a 2M-346 twin-shaft forced mixer. The aircraft uses a unique layout. It has two connected cylinder-shaped mixer drums. Each mixer drum has a horizontal shaft equipped with stirring blades. The two shafts rotate toward each other. The rotation of each shaft is achieved by a separate motor, via a V-belt drive and a worm and worm gear reducer. Two identical worm and worm gear reducers are respectively connected to the two shafts of the mixer. In order to ensure the synchronization of the two shafts, a rigid connection is adopted between each other.
