4 S195柴油机供给系统 4.1 功能与组成柴油机燃料供给系统的功能主要是根据柴油机负荷大小,将清洁柴油按一定供油规律定时定量地以雾状喷入气缸内,在燃烧室内充分燃烧。 S195柴油机供给系统由柴油箱、输油管、柴油滤器,喷油泵、高压油管、喷油器、回油管及调速器等组成。柴油箱用作贮存柴油,当清洁的柴油加入油箱时应先流经加油滤网以粗略滤清柴油。油箱内的柴油再经过箱内柴油粗滤器二次滤清后在自身重力的作用下,经过柴油开关,输油管流入C0506B柴油滤器。
4 S195 Diesel Engine Supply System 4.1 Function and Composition Diesel fuel supply system is mainly based on the size of the diesel engine load, the clean diesel according to certain rules of regular quantitative fuel spray into the cylinder, fully burned in the combustion chamber. S195 diesel engine supply system consists of diesel tank, pipeline, diesel filter, fuel injection pump, high pressure tubing, injector, return pipe and governor and other components. Diesel fuel tanks are used to store diesel fuel. Clean diesel fuel should be routed through a fuel filter to roughly filter diesel fuel when it is added to the tank. The diesel oil in the tank goes through the secondary filtration of the diesel precleaner in the tank and then flows into the C0506B diesel filter through the diesel switch and the oil pipe under its own gravity.
