“丰收奖”是配合“丰收计划”实施而设立的成果奖。本文根据“丰收奖”成果管理的特点和实践，运用系统论、控制论基本原理，形成由成果预控制、成果过程控制、成果控制和成果跟踪组成的“丰收奖”成果系统管理技术。这套系统管理技术与“丰收计划”实施系统相结合，并成为促进“丰收计划”实施，提高“丰收奖”成果质量的重要措施。
The “Harvest Award” is the achievement award established in conjunction with the “Harvest Plan”. Based on the characteristics and practice of harvest management, this paper uses system theory and basic theory of cybernetics to form a systematic management technique of harvest harvest, which consists of precontrol, achievement process control, outcome control and outcome tracking. This system management technology is integrated with the “Harvest Plan” implementation system and has become an important measure to promote the implementation of the “Harvest Plan” and improve the quality of “Harvest Award” achievements.
