目前高校大学生社团正在迅速发展,并已逐渐成长为开展高校思想政治教育和文化科技创新活动的重要载体。加强基层团组织建设,不断增强团组织对广大青年的吸引和凝聚,是共青团组织始终坚持不懈、狠抓落实的重要工作,要促使团组织实现科学发展,我们必须努力探索新形势下团的基层建设有效途径,推动团建工作创新的新一轮思想解放,并着力体现在团建创新的方向、重点和突破口上。社团“导师制”建设模式,就是完善高校基层团组织建设的一种新形式。
