近年来,一些国有企业党的建设在新的形势下出现了许多不适应,具体表现为“四化”: 1.思想认识“淡化”。重经济,轻党建。部分企业及其主管部门对党的工作重视不够,措施不力。有的企业把抓党建工作与生产经营对立起来,认为“企业生存、职工吃饭等现实问题都解决不了,加强党的建设干什么”;重厂长、轻书记。在企业干部配备上,搞“强弱搭配”,甚至视书记岗位为二线,把一些能力弱、素质差的人放到书记岗位上;重改革,轻教育。企业在转属、转制或职工“并轨”过程中,注重改革的进程,而轻视职工的思想教育。
