孙××,男,53岁,干部。以心慌,气短,胸痛月余,加重一周为主证,于1985年10月12日入院.患者一月前,自觉周身倦怠,纳差乏力,在当地医院检查,肝功,胸透均未见异常,诊断不明,给予5%葡萄糖500毫升后,病情有所减轻,1985年10月2日出现心慌、气短、胸疼来我院门诊就医,诊断为“心悸”。服中药三付,症状有所缓解。患者要求住院治疗,故10月12日以心悸(冠心病)收入我科治疗
