目的:对肾性高血压患者行中西医结合治疗的效果及其临床护理方法展开观察分析。方法:采取随机对照的方法,将我院收治的73例肾性高血压患者随机分为两组,一组为对照组,行常规西医治疗;另一组为观察组,应用中西医结合治疗,并采取相应的护理操作,对两组患者临床疗效进行比较与评价。结果:经过为期8周的治疗与护理,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.3%,与对照组的80.6%相比显著升高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肾性高血压患者展开中西医结合治疗值得临床推广及应用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of TCM and WM combined with clinical nursing on patients with renal hypertension. Methods: A randomized controlled trial of 73 patients with renal hypertension admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: one was control group, routine western medicine treatment; the other one was observation group, treated with integrated traditional and western medicine, And take the appropriate nursing operation, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment and nursing, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.6%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of renal hypertension in patients with traditional Chinese and Western medicine is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
