对国内有代表性医学期刊《中华医学杂志》１９８３～１９９４年共１４４期进行刊文分类分析．各类论文构成比分析表明，迅速反映科研成果的研究简报类论文逐年增多，病例报告类论文相对减少；近６年中有关基因、分子生物学水平的论文，较前６年显著增多；一些常见疾病的研究论文也有明显增加。以上简析，在一定程度上反映了我国医学科研近年的发展动态，研究热点及研究水平，可为广大医学科研工作者提供参考。
An analysis of the published articles was carried out on 144 Chinese medical papers from 1983 to 1994, which is a representative medical journal in China. The analysis of the composition of various papers shows that the number of papers on research briefs that rapidly reflect the achievements of scientific research has been increasing year by year and that the number of cases reported in medical papers has decreased. The papers on gene and molecular biology in the past six years have significantly increased compared with the previous six years. Disease research papers have also been significantly increased. The above analysis, to some extent, reflects the development of medical research in recent years in China, research hot spots and research level, for the majority of medical research workers to provide a reference.
