我所自1964年下半年以来,就开始在全区财贸系统做建立基层计量网的工作,现已在全区七个管理处,16个市属单位,1136个基层商店设立了兼职计量员。通过他们的工作,不仅减少了市埸上使用衡器的失准现象,同时促使广大基层商店改善了经营管理,提高了服务质量。一、组织基层计量网的必要性我区财贸系统共有1136个单位,使用计量器具8660件,自63年起已进行过三次周期检定。从这三次周期检定中我们发现一个共同特点,就是这些单位使用的衡器经过检定
Since the second half of 1964, I started to work on the establishment of a grassroots metrology network in the financial and trade system in the region. Now I have set up part-time metrology workers in seven management offices, 16 municipal units and 1136 grassroots shops in the region. Through their work, not only has the phenomenon of misappropriation of scales used in the market been reduced, but also the operation of the grassroots level shops has been enhanced and the quality of service has been enhanced. I. The Necessity of Organizing Grass-roots Metering Network In our district, a total of 1,136 units of financial and trade systems use 8,660 measuring instruments and three cycle tests have been conducted since 63 years ago.
