10月15日,第五次中英经济财金对话在北京举行。国务院副总理马凯和英国财政大臣奥斯本共同主持。双方围绕“推进面向未来、互利共赢和增长导向的中英经济财金关系”主题进行了坦诚务实的讨论,取得了丰硕成果。双方承诺,将通过加强宏观经济政策协调,深化在贸易和投资、金融部门监管与发展等领域的合作,推进面向未来、互利共赢和增长导向的中英经济财金关系,支持全球经济复苏。双方在对话中达成以下政策成果:
On October 15, the fifth China-UK economic and financial dialogue was held in Beijing. Vice Premier of the State Council and the British Finance Minister Osborne co-chaired. The two sides held frank and pragmatic discussions on the theme of “promoting the future-oriented, mutually beneficial and win-win and growth-oriented economic and financial relations between China and Britain” and achieved fruitful results. Both parties promised to push forward the global economic recovery by strengthening the coordination of macroeconomic policies, deepening cooperation in the areas of trade and investment, supervision and development in the financial sector, and so forth, advancing a mutually beneficial and win-win economic growth-oriented economic and financial relationship with a view to the future. The two sides reached the following policy results in the dialogue:
