In order to explore the immunization effect of low-dose intradermal inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine, we observed the immunization effects of different doses and different routes of vaccination on 301 healthy infants born from the day of birth to two years. Infants and young children were randomly divided into two groups: subcutaneous group and intradermal small dose group. The test results were observed. Anti-HBs titers were measured at the 1st, 6th, 12th and 24th month after inoculation. After two years of observation, it was found that the intradermal low-dose group injected 3μg and subcutaneous constant group injected 30μg of immune effect similar. Therefore, we believe that infants and young children using small-dose intradermal injection can achieve the purpose of preventing hepatitis B, and has important social and economic benefits.
