本文通过对78例RHD并发Af的患者的分析,探讨左房大小与Af的发生率、Af的转复治疗的成功率及复发率间的关系。一、材料与方法:本组112例RHD,系1984年7月至1987年12月收治的患者。其中男44例,女68例,年龄13～80岁,平均38.6岁。并发Af者78例,男32例,女46例。年龄22～61岁,平均年龄39.1岁。112例患者中,二尖瓣狭窄38例,二尖瓣狭窄并关闭不全58例,二尖瓣病
In this paper, 78 cases of patients with RHD and Af were analyzed to explore the relationship between left atrial size and the incidence of Af, Af success rate and recurrence rate of relapse. First, the material and methods: This group of 112 cases of RHD, Department of Department from July 1984 to December 1987 patients admitted. There were 44 males and 68 females, aged from 13 to 80 years, with an average of 38.6 years. 78 cases were complicated by Af, including 32 males and 46 females. Aged 22 to 61 years, mean age 39.1 years old. In 112 patients, mitral stenosis in 38 cases, mitral stenosis and incomplete closure in 58 cases, mitral valve disease
