给出了渗碳层碳浓度的数学模型及求解的差分方法,提出了渗碳层浓度场数值振荡问题的解决方法、平面问题和轴对称问题的瞬态浓度场变分方法,利用有限元中的四节点四边形等参元编写了求解平面问题和轴对称问题的渗碳工艺模拟软件。通过直齿圆柱齿轮渗碳和圆柱体渗碳试验与有限元模拟结果的对比,检验了本文所开发的有限元模拟程序的准确性。对比结果表明,有限元方法的模拟结果与和试验测量结果吻合得较好。
The mathematical model of carbon concentration in carburizing layer and the difference method for solving the problem are given. The methods to solve numerical oscillation of carburized layer concentration field, the method of plane concentration and transient concentration field variation in axisymmetric problem are proposed. The four-node quadrilateral isoparametric element was used to simulate the carburizing process for solving plane and axisymmetric problems. The accuracy of finite element simulation program developed in this paper was tested by comparing the results of carburizing and cylinder carburizing with spur gear and finite element simulation. The comparison results show that the simulation results of the finite element method are in good agreement with the experimental measurements.
