当今竞技体育比赛中,运动员不仅进行技术、战术、身体素质的较量,同时也进行心理素质的较量。国内外许多大赛的实例亦已证明,两个在技战术及身体素质水平上“旗鼓相当”的队,谁能调整好自己的心理机能,理智地面对紧张激烈的赛况,冷静地预见、判断好临场情况,并及时地采取相应的对策,谁就能在比赛中赢得主动。因此,运动员的心理素质稳定与否,能否保持赛时最佳心理状态,是运动训练中需要解决的课题。
