目前胰腺切除的主要问题是手术后的代谢紊乱。胰腺切除术后,胰岛素分泌的缺如使机体遭受大型手术侵袭时的碳水化合物代谢紊乱更为严重。作者报道7例因胰头和乳头癌肿行胰腺全切除患者手术后应用人工“β-细胞”的经验。
The main problem of pancreatic resection is the metabolic disorder after surgery. After pancreatectomy, the absence of insulin secretion aggravates the carbohydrate metabolism disorder when the body suffers from major surgical invasion. The authors report the experience of 7 patients who underwent artificial “β-cell” surgery after pancreatectomy due to pancreatic head and papillary cancer.
