患者老年女性，65岁，持续性背部钝痛和腿痛四年余。三个月前行腰椎减压术，但术后仍有疼痛。查体无神经系统受损征象。患者正在接受高血压和慢性肾病的治疗，无法服用非甾体类抗炎药。曾口服扑热息痛、可待因、曲马多和阿米替林镇痛，无明显效果。予普瑞巴林试用，如果出现头晕或不能耐受药物副作用，需继续随访。
