目的:了解山东省淄博市所售6类食品中铅污染现状。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对样品中铅含量进行测定。结果:淄博市所售6类食品中铅的检出率为85.4%,合格率为98.8%。结论:需进一步加强食品中铅污染监测力度,保护消费者身体健康。
Objective: To understand the status quo of lead pollution in six kinds of foods sold in Zibo, Shandong Province. Methods: The content of lead in samples was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: The detection rate of lead in six kinds of foods sold in Zibo city was 85.4% with a passing rate of 98.8%. Conclusion: It is necessary to further strengthen the monitoring of lead contamination in food and protect the health of consumers.
