青少年,作为一支庞大的社会中坚力量,他们的思想道德素质如何,对一个国家起着举足轻重的作用。面对当今青少年思想道德建设中遇到的新问题,我们应有针对性地加强对青少年的教育引导。首先,对青少年的思想道德教育要常抓不懈,并赋予新的内容。学校是培养和教育人的基地,应当在加强青少年思想道德教育中发挥主导作用,努力把思想道德教育同传授科学文化知识结合起来,渗透、贯穿在教学过程中和学校的活动中。要根据学生的年龄特点和成长规律,从系统教育出发,分阶段进行教育。对初中和小学生进行公民素质教育,着重学习做人的道理,对高中、大中专学生进行文明修身,提高整体素质教育。
