为农村、农业和农民服务,促进农村稳定农业增效农民增收,提前实现农业现代化,是“三个代表”重要思想的基本内容之一。作为新闻宣传轻骑兵的新闻摄影在宣传“三农”、服务“三农”中坚持正确导向,讲究引导艺术,已经成为面临的重要课题。笔者结合自己从事“三农”题材新闻摄影的工作实践,认为必须搞好新闻策划,并就“三农”题材新闻摄影策划的特点、操作以及提供保障等方面进行了思考和阐述。
Serving the rural areas, agriculture and peasants, promoting rural areas to increase rural incomes through stabilizing agriculture and realizing agricultural modernization in advance is one of the basic elements of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ As a news propaganda and light cavalry news photography in the promotion of “agriculture, farmer ”, service “agriculture, rural areas and farmers ” in the correct orientation, pay attention to guide the art, has become an important issue facing. Based on the work practice of “Three Rurals” subject news photography, the author thinks that it is necessary to do a good job of news planning and think and elaborate on the characteristics, operation and provision of security of the news photography planning of “Three Rural Issues” .
