陈忠廉 汉族,辽宁省新民县人,1934年生。中共党员。高级工程师。现任包头钢铁稀土公司带钢厂厂长。 1954年毕业于鞍山钢铁学校炼钢专业,同年分配到鞍山钢铁公司。1958年调往包钢,先后在初轧厂、无缝钢管厂等大型企业从事专业技术、生产管理和党务工作,1978年任无缝钢管厂厂长兼党委副书记。其间,曾出国赴罗马尼亚罗曼钢铁厂考察。1981年调任带钢厂厂长,负责筹建和企业管理工作。近年来,在自治区党委、包头钢铁稀土公司的重视与支持下,率先在带钢厂进行一系列改革,转换企业经营管理机制,加速带钢厂的发展,以提高包钢钢材深加工能力。目前,该厂的热轧带钢经过几次
Chen Zhonglian Han, born in Xinmin County, Liaoning Province, born in 1934. CPC member. Senior engineer. Now he is the director of Baotou Iron & Steel Rare Earth Company Strip Factory.
