本文从新奥法的内涵出发,分析了新奥法施工的特点,并谈论了衬砌水害的种类及原因,最后在此基础上着重讲解了衬砌水害治理方法。

Based on the connotation of the new Austrian law, this article analyzes the characteristics of the construction of the new Austrian law and discusses the types and causes of the lining water damage. Finally, the emphasis is put on the lining water damage management method.
