本文通过结核病患者外周血及淋巴结中细胞因子水平和mRNA表达情况的研究,探讨了Th细胞亚型与结核病免疫应答的关系。采集经病原学诊断确切的肺结核患者外周血15例(1例为伴HIV感染者),结核性淋巴结炎患者的淋巴结标本,分为HIV阳性和HIV阴性两组,每组10例,同时设立对结核杆菌有免疫力的健康对照组及HIV阳性对照。在外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中加入活的结核杆菌和灭活的结核杆菌,分别进行4~6d培养,上清液用ELISA检测IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-10的含量。淋巴结组织按常规法抽提mRNA,用细胞因子特异性引物做竞争性逆转录PCR法检测细胞因子的cDNA含
In this paper, the level of cytokines and mRNA expression in peripheral blood and lymph nodes of patients with tuberculosis were investigated to explore the relationship between Th cell subtypes and immune response to tuberculosis. Fifteen cases (one with HIV infection) of the peripheral blood of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed by etiology were collected, and lymph node specimens of patients with tuberculous lymphadenitis were divided into two groups, HIV positive and HIV negative, with 10 cases in each group. Mycobacterium tuberculosis immune healthy control group and HIV positive control.
