学生的情智发展是指:以突出学生的主体地位为宗旨,以关注学生的情感发展为核心,使学生情感得以发展、智力得到提升,促进学生的全面和谐发展。而从班级管理的角度,情智发展应该是老师用自己的情和智激发孩子情感与智慧的潜能,从而推动学生的情智发展。
