目的: 动态观察急性肺损伤( ALI) 大鼠肺组织白细胞介素- 13(IL- 13) m RNA 表达的变化,初步探讨IL- 13 m RNA 的变化与ALI 发生、发展的关系。方法: 在脂多糖诱发的ALI 大鼠模型,采用RT- PCR 方法,检测肺组织IL- 13 m RNA 的表达。结果:正常肺组织表达一定水平的IL- 13 m RNA;在ALI 大鼠肺组织,IL- 13 m RNA 表达呈短暂性上调,随即逐渐下调。结论: 正常肺组织可表达一定水平的IL- 13 m RNA;在ALI肺组织,IL- 13 m RNA 表达逐渐下调,提示局部抗炎作用减弱,可能引起抗炎和致炎作用失衡,从而促进急性呼吸窘迫综合征的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To dynamically observe the expression of interleukin-13 (IL-13) m RNA in lung of acute lung injury (ALI) rats and to explore the relationship between the changes of IL-13 mRNA and the occurrence and development of ALI. Methods: The expression of IL-13 mRNA in lung tissue was detected by RT-PCR in lipopolysaccharide-induced ALI rat model. Results: IL-13 mRNA was expressed in normal lung tissue. IL-13 mRNA expression was transiently up-regulated in lung tissue of ALI rats, and then decreased gradually. CONCLUSION: The normal lung tissue can express a certain level of IL-13 m RNA. In ALI lung tissue, the expression of IL-13 m RNA gradually decreases, suggesting that local anti-inflammatory effect may be weakened, which may lead to imbalance of anti-inflammatory and proinflammatory effects and promote acute Respiratory distress syndrome.
